Luxury modern 3 bedroom villa with private infinity pool, overlooking the fairway and the main lake of Loch Palm Golf course. The villa faces west to enjoy the brilliant sunsets over the lake and distant hills. Villa Frangipani has an open aspect with a very large living room with double glass doors opening to the sun terrace, pool and lake.
The living room is flanked either side by two large double bedrooms, each with its own fabulous views and en-suite fully tiled bathrooms. They also open through double glass doors to the sun bathing area and pool. There is a third single bedroom also available to the side of the villa.
There is a large dining area with dining table seating 6 and a separate fully equipped kitchen at the rear of the villa with massive American style fridge, oven and microwave. Outside on the sun terrace, there is a large Sala by the pool, ideal for those 'sundowners' overlooking the lake and the 16th ladies tee.
